Rules for returning goods and money
We strive for customers of the Online Store https://www.uahcoin.com/ to always be satisfied with the purchased Goods. If the purchased Goods did not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right to exchange or return it.
Please read our terms of exchange and return:

You can exchange or return the Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

The fourteen-day period is calculated from the day after receipt of the Goods by mail or other logistics company.

Terms of acceptance for exchange and return.
– The Goods have not been used and have retained their marketable appearance.
– There are no mechanical damages, traces of use, abrasions, contamination, stains, etc.
– The integrity of the packaging in which the Goods were stored is preserved.
Labels, seals, and other markings of the Goods are in place.
– There is a payment document provided to you together with the sold Product, or an electronic payment document sent to your subscriber number or email. -
Grounds for exchange and return.
– The Product does not meet the terms of the public offer agreement on the Online Store Website https://www.uahcoin.com/.
– The Product does not meet the description or the declared characteristics on the Product page.
– The Product did not meet your expectations.
– The Product was damaged during its logistics and transportation. -
Exchange and return procedure.
– Contact us via email or using the contact form on the Online Store Website https://www.uahcoin.com/, indicating the order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and also add a high-quality informative photo or video of the Product (if there are any shortcomings or defects).
– Add a photo or screenshot of the payment document confirming the purchase of the Product.
– After receiving confirmation from the support service of the Online Store https://www.uahcoin.com/, send the Goods to our address within the specified period. -
Logistics costs.
– In the event of a return or exchange of the Goods due to a detected defect or errors in the description, the costs of logistics and transportation are covered by the Online Store.
– If the reason is the non-compliance of the purchased Goods with your expectations (the Goods do not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other similar reasons), returns are made at the expense of the buyer. -
Refund conditions.
– We will refund you after receiving the Goods and checking it for compliance with the return conditions.
– As a rule, the funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made (to a bank card, via a payment system, etc.).
– The funds are returned within 3-5 business days after confirmation of the return of the Goods, or within another period agreed upon by the parties, but no later than 14 business days.
– In some cases, by agreement of the parties, it is possible to return funds in another way.
– Please note! Funds are not refunded for Goods that have been used or damaged due to the fault of the buyer, as well as for Goods with individual characteristics (for example, made to order). -
Exchange of goods.
– Exchange of goods is carried out after returning the previous Goods by placing a new order and provided that the corresponding Goods are available in the Online Store.
– In the event that there is no similar Goods, you may be offered a refund or replacement with a different type of Goods.
– In the event of replacing the Goods with another, the difference between the price of the replaced Goods and the price of the new Goods, valid at the time of replacement of the Goods, shall be reimbursed. -
If the Goods are damaged by a logistics company.
– Fill out a report on damage to the Goods, which must be drawn up together with a representative of the logistics company.
– Describe in detail the nature of the damage and take a photo of the deformation of the packaging of the logistics company and the Goods itself.
– Contact the logistics company, providing it with a copy of the damage report and other documents confirming the fact of damage.
– Require the logistics company to reimburse the cost of damage or restore the Goods.
– We also advise you to notify the Online Store about the damage and send a request for the possibility of refunding or exchanging the Goods.
