Cashless payment

Payment by details

METHODS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
NOVA POST LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (NOVA POST LLC)
With the help of the services of the company NOVA POST LLC, you can conveniently receive the purchased Goods in all corners of Ukraine. Payment for transportation is made by the Buyer upon receipt of the order in accordance with the carrier's tariffs, unless our free delivery conditions apply. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) is also possible.
The delivery time of the Goods is usually 1-3 days, excluding weekends. You can find out the addresses of representative offices in your city (region), their telephone numbers and tariffs on the website http://novaposhta.ua/.
The period of free storage of the Goods at the branch of the transport company NOVA POST LLC is 7 days from the moment of arrival. From the eighth day, in the absence of an automatic return order, the shipment is moved to the warehouse and a storage fee begins to be charged.
The shipment can be stored in the warehouse for up to 30 calendar days, after which the company NOVA POST LLC has the right to dispose of it at its own discretion.
We also inform you that when receiving orders from NOVA POST LLC, you can use the "Easy Return" service, which allows you to return Goods that have not been used, have a retail condition and are in their original packaging for free within 14 days from the date of receipt.
JSC “Ukrposhta”
The network of Ukrposhta branches, which provides postal services for individuals and corporate clients, covers 100% of the territory of Ukraine (over 27,000 settlements, except for temporarily occupied ones).
Information on the terms of service provision from the postal operator JSC "Ukrposhta" is available on the company's official website www.ukrposhta.ua/ua.
Items can be stored at the branch for 30 calendar days. The first five working days of storage are free of charge, then a fee is charged for each day of storage, according to Ukrposhta tariffs. If the item is not received, it is returned to the sender.
When ordering Goods in the Online Store https://www.uahcoin.com/, cash payment (cash on delivery) is not provided. Payment for delivery is made by the client upon receipt of the Goods, unless the Free Delivery service is available.
By courier
Courier delivery ensures delivery of your orders directly to the address in almost all settlements of Ukraine. To receive such a shipment, it is necessary to present a document certifying the identity of the recipient (or use the Diya application).
The terms and cost of Courier delivery depend on the conditions of the selected logistics company and are calculated individually, depending on the weight, size, distance and type of shipment.
International delivery
International delivery of orders in the Online Store https://www.uahcoin.com/ is carried out by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. The shipping cost will be included in the order amount after it is processed.
Make sure that all the Goods you have selected and their quantity are permitted by the customs legislation of the receiving country. Pay attention to the amount of duty-free import of goods to your country.
When placing orders, the real cost of the order (insurance) must be indicated. Orders paid before the day of shipment are shipped twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Free shipping
Free delivery from the online store https://www.uahcoin.com is valid exclusively on the territory of Ukraine when ordering Goods for a total amount of UAH 4,000 or more, if the actual or volumetric weight of all items in the order in total is up to 2 kg, regardless of the number of product items in the order.
The Free Delivery service is provided to the warehouse of the transport company and does not apply to the delivery of the Goods by courier.
Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the "Cash on Delivery" service of transport companies. In the case of payment for goods in cash upon receipt, delivery of goods to the warehouse and the refund service are paid by the buyer in accordance with the tariffs of the transport company.
